'81 in excellent condition with 2yr old Merc 9.9 long shaft with electric start, brand new dodger with bimini awning (yes a dodger on a 22, it looks great (tan to match the decks)and it's great for shade and protecting from spray), brand new 130 jib and Profurl system. My CD22 was purchased in 1994 and I had a marine survey done at that time. This is truly an excellently maintained vessel. Serious offers will be gladly discussed. The location of the boat is Tom's River, NJ. I'd love to see it sailed by someone with more time than I have.
