Shipping:
All items are shipped by United States Postal Service 1st Class mail or UPS
Ground service which includes shipping, handling and delivery confirmation.
Insurance may be requested for an additional fee. We charge a flat fee of $5.00.
We ship to the United States only. Shipping outside the United States will be
considered on a sale-by-sale basis.
Returns and Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your items for a
refund. The shipping, handling, insurance (if requested) and delivery confirmation
are non-refundable. To receive a refund you must email us at capedorystuff@aol.com,
or call us at 508-728-2958, for an authorization number. The
refund is for the purchase amount only. Items must be returned within 7 days
after you have received them. Items must be sent by Priority Mail with insurance
at buyers expense and returned in the same condition as they were received.
After the returned items have been received and inspected by the CDSOA Chandler,
a refund will be processed, less shipping, handling, insurance, and delivery
confirmation charges. No C.O.D. or postage due accepted on returned items. The
above time frame for refunds must be followed, otherwise all sales are final.
- No returns on custom printed or embroidered items with boat names unless
defective.
- No returns of Video tapes, DVD's, Literature, or other items that can be
reproduced in any manner.
