The Maritime Republic of Eastport's own musical sons, Jeff Holland and Kevin Brooks, provide a comical, musical history tour of Annapolis, Eastport and the Chesapeake through original songs and stories.

– Sea Shanties and Their History

Caryl P. Weiss performs five hundred years of music from both sides of the Atlantic, including traditional American and British ballads, sea shanties and drinking songs; old-timey, country, and bluegrass music; folk songs of the '60's, contemporary songs, and her own compositions. She has played about 38 instruments, including the guitar, banjo, mandolin, bass, dulcimer, autoharp, oboe, bagpipes, tin whistle, piano, concertina, and bul-bul tarang.

Cruise from Annapolis Harbor, out past the Naval Academy and out to the Bay Bridge! Imagine more than 60 CDSOA Members out on the Bay at the same time in only 2 Yachts! What a spectacular way to close our 10th Anniversary Celebration.

Soft-soled or deck shoes required.

HISTORICAL ARCHITECTURAL CANDLELIGHT WALKABOUT & MAP
Rare opportunity – not part of the regular tours…Homes of various periods and architectural styles not usually open to the public are available for view this evening. Pre-registration is required to obtain map and instructions for this self-directed walking tour. $25-35. Plan to meet up with CDSOA friends you already know and go together! Wear a CDSOA article or badge and meet CDSOA Members you don’t know along the way. Perhaps we’ll present a prize to the person(s) who meet and introduce themselves to the most ‘new’ CDSOA friends along the way!’

Visit the BARGE HOUSE to see exhibit: The Thomas Point Lighthouse Experience, and
the short documentary: LEGACY of the LIGHT - a virtual tour of the lighthouse.

The Annapolis Maritime Museum was heavily damaged by Hurricane Isabelle in 2003 and has now reopened. Phase II of renovations to the historic McNasby Oyster Company building are on-going and are slated for completion in June.
