Thu, 7/3

Sebasco Harbor:

The plan is to arrive at Sebasco Harbor during the afternoon. Depending on how many of us there are, we will hold a 5:00 p.m. "Welcoming Gathering" either on board Dave Potts' Andronikos or ashore at the the Ledges Pub at Sebasco Harbor Resort. Dinner will be on your own (there are three restaurants at Sebasco Harbor Estates). After dusk, Sebasco Harbor Resort will be putting on a ~20 min Fireworks display.

Fri, 7/4

Sebasco Harbor:

A free day to avail ourselves of the ammenities at Sebasco Harbor Resort. They have an outdoor saltwater pool which is open for all their guests, including those on moorings. They offer a day camp for kids at $16 for the first child and $8 per additional sibling (at those rates, Dave Potts says "I'm planning on dropping my kids off in June and picking them up in September."). Tennis courts are available at $6/hour. They have a 9 hole golf course with greens fees of $22 for 9 holes/$33 for 18 (carts are $10/pp per 9 holes, pull carts are $3 and rental clubs are $9). For those who are interested, we will look into setting up a group dinner reservation at the Ledges Pub.

Sat, 7/5

Quahog Bay:

We will depart Sebasco in mid/late morning for the short sail over to Quahog Bay. Conditions permitting, we will raft-up off Snow Island in the early afternoon for a few hours of socializing with pot luck snacks/appetizers/beverages and an Awards Ceremony.

Sun, 7/6
We will depart as necessary according to our own schedules.

The only fees being collecting up front are the Sebasco Harbor Resort mooring fees, which will be discounted to $20/night for CDSOA members. You can also order commemorative 2003 CDSOA NE Fleet Rendezvous T-shirts at $20/each.

If you are interested, please send your registration form (click on the link below) and payment ASAP to Dave Potts as the T-shirt orders must be placed by June 1st and only a few moorings have been pre-reserved. We can possibly get more if necessary, but Sebasco Harbor Resort has warned that the holiday weekend will fill up quickly. The longer you wait to send in your registration and payment, the less likely that there will be a mooring available for you (Sebasco Harbor Resort offers refunds for cancellations with at least 7 days notice).

Register By June 1st.

Waterfront Manager
Sebasco Harbor Resort:
Our services include 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Launch Service, gasoline (no diesel), ice, use of our huge saltwater pool, rubbish disposal and water. The resort has many excellent amenities which include golf, tennis, miles of hiking and walking, evening entertainment, an upscale (and fabulous) restaurant, a Pub (also fabulous) which serves food, an ice cream shop and child care. We are well worth the visit. The resort is a child safe village type environment of exceptional beauty. Your visit will be memorable. Do I sound like a salesman? I'm not, I grew up here and it is one jewel of a stop for boaters. Please join us.

Moorings at Sebasco, including launch service, use of pool and access to other guest facilities, will be $20 per night for CDSOA members. Space is limited and Phil Luedee has encouraged us make our pre-paid reservations (refundable with 7 days notice) promptly as he expects it to fill up quickly. We need to get an idea of how many moorings we will need for each night at Sebasco to finalize pricing.

Please contact event organizer Dave Potts, 207-829-4069, or via e-mail at david.potts@fairchildsemi.com if you have any questions or are interested in participating in any/all of this gathering.
